Kids At Heart

Rainer Schuettler, after having a couple weeks off, was back on the court again... surprise, surprise! He took part in the Honda Challenge in London's Royal Albert Hall, to aid in fundraising for Tim Henman's charity, Kids at Heart. Henman was to face Goran Ivanisevic, but instead he took on Rainer on 4 December. (Rainer stepped in for Ivanisevic who couldn't play due to his nagging shoulder injury.) Good for Tim, bad for Schuettler that Henman won in three sets, 64 36 6-10. However, it was for a good cause and it seemed like the crowds had fun as well. Random Rainer fact: didn't have on the usual red Fila shoes. Other players that took part included John McEnroe, Boris Becker, Guy Forget and Michael Stich.
